
Changes to NSW Selective Practice Tests
As NSW Selective Test is changing and so we are. Since changes are significant and hence, it will take us some time to refresh our Selective Packs.
We are trying our best to provide practice tests to students at earliest some they can start practising new format.
We will be refreshing our tests gradually so students do not need to wait for all new tests.
The new tests will be replacing existing ones as follows
- The new METS packs will replace GEM packs
- Thinking Skills will replace GA Tests
- Mathematics Reasoning will replace Mathematics Tests
- English Tests will get a makeover to align with new Reading Tests
Tentative Schedule for New NSW Selective Tests Format

Some More Information
How does it impact your subscription?
You do not need to take any action, your current subscription will be converted to the new pack.
- All GEM subscription will be converted to new METS packs
- Single-subject subscription will convert to the respective single subject pack
- The validity of the new subscription will remain unchanged.
What if you do not like new practice tests?
You will be eligible to cancel your subscription and ask for a refund if you do not like new practice tests if you have purchased an NSW Selective Practice Test subscription before 10 Jan 2021.
Note: You can apply for the refund latest by 17 Jan 2021.
The refund will be issued on a pro-rata basis using the following formula
The Eligible Refund = (Amount Paid for Subscription) x (Remaining duration of the subscription in days) ÷ (Length of the original subscription in days)
For Example:
If you paid AUD 150 for three months and still have two months remaining
Your Refund = 150 x 60 ÷ 90 = AUD 100
